ORDERING METHODS

We value your business. There are no minimum orders. You may phone, fax, or email your order. Fax completed order form to 718-461-5244, or call one of our representatives at 888.278.3649 to place an order over the phone. Orders can also be emailed to orders@artemixfashion.com. Orders generally take 72 hours to go from order status to production phase.

WHOLESALERS

Minimum order 12 pieces. A state sales tax ID is required to place an order. You must fill out a resale certificate in order to purchase from us. All wholesale prices are quoted and billed in US Dollars and shipped from New York, USA.

PAYMENT TERMS

Available terms for all accounts are prepay (by check), COD certified, or by credit card.
Acceptance of company check or net 30 terms requires Artemix Fashion’s approval of your credit application. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING

Prices do not include shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. The shipping rates are for delivery within the United States with FedEx. Please advise if you would like an alternative shipping method or delivery outside the United States by contacting us at info@artemixfashion.com. Let your sales representative know if you require any rush deliveries. Artemix Fashion is not responsible for late orders if a ship date was not specified. If you need merchandise by a certain date, please be sure it is stated on your order form.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All of our apparel includes the care instructions on the hang tag. We suggest machine or hand washing with cold water inside out to preserve the design. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not bleach or dry clean. All paints are FDA approved, non toxic and completely safe to wear and iron.

CANCELLATIONS

Our apparel is made-to-order. We create original hand-painted designs; therefore, all sales are final. A 20% restocking fee, plus cost of freight, will be charged to all refused orders.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns except for merchandise that has been damaged during shipping.

SIZING/DESIGNS

We carry sizes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 in children’s clothing . All items are 100% cotton. Artemix Fashion clothing is uniquely hand-painted therefore, slight variations in the color and design may occur. Each shirt is signed by the artist. All designs are painted on the front of the shirt, unless otherwise requested.
